Big Jim's Transmissions started in early 2009, based on a simple idea, "The customer should get everything they pay for." We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we proudly offer a 2 year, 24,000 mile nationwide warranty. That is twice as long as any chain store.

We want our customers to be able to speak with us after-hours. So, we answer our phones after the work day is done. Our customers deserve to speak with a person, not voicemail!

Who is Big Jim?

James "Big Jim" Hodge is an ASE Certified Technician and Certified Welder with over 18 years of experience. He, along with his staff, undergo updated training as soon as it becomes available. That way they stay up-to-date on all of the new vehicles and transmissions on the road.

Big Jim is a veteran of the US Navy and is a proud supporter of our troops. And if that wasn't enough, he is also the father of 2 sons and a loving wife, Rhonda.
